Measuring Tips to Assure The Best Fit



With arms at sides, place tape measure under your arms and run it around the fullest part of the bustline and across the shoulder blades.


Find the natural crease of your waist by bending to one side. Run tape measure around your natural waistline, keeping one finger between the tape and your body for a comfortable fit.


With feet together, run tape measure around the fullest part of your hips/seat, about 7 to 8 inches below your waistline.


For full-length pants, run tape measure along the inside of your leg, from just below the crotch to about 1 inch below the ankle.

Shipping Policy accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline provided by the vendor. Draped Up ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS on a per vendor basis. Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 2~6 business days from the time the order is placed. All orders orders, unless otherwise specified, will be processed and shipped out depending on vendors' conditions. Draped Up is not liable for any issues regarding shipping or delivery dates, unless stated otherwise. **Due to the high volume of orders during holiday season you may experience extended processing time up to 7 business days.** For questions regarding shipments to APO or FPO address, please contact the vendor. Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. Tax rate is based on the shipping address and not the billing address. Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, it will be up to the vendor to decide whether they will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available. - Draped up or the vendors are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.

Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned for depending on the vendors' conditions. Returns must be returned within 30 days of the ship date received. Draped Up will not accept any returns after 30 days. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with vendors' product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail to the vendors' desired location. We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit. Exchanges Please contact the vendor regarding store exchanges. * Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee may be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. Damaged Items You are eligible for a refund if you received your items damaged. Please contact the vendor regarding a return. Once approved, please return the damaged item in order for a refund to be processed. We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit. Once the vendor receives your package, we will email you with a confirmation regarding the status of your item. The vendor will process the refund plus the cost of the shipping return.
